Graphic Designer

We’re artistpreneurs, somos creadores, so we are looking for an enthusiastic graphic artist or AKA Graphic Designer, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, that will work with different departments within the organization, the Social Media team, Post-Production team, and the Project Management team. 

 

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer will need to provide a professional, current, and cohesive online brand style. He/she will contribute to 3 Lopez’s websites, social media accounts, email, and marketing campaigns as well as some printed collateral.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for social media, product illustrations, virtual events, printed collateral, etc.
  • Conceive and implement concepts and guidelines in different creative projects
  • Prepare rough drafts and presenting ideas
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs
  • Test graphics across various media. Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a very organized and passionate Production Coordinator with at least 5 años de experiencia to help us make sure that the stories we tell run smoothly and the project stays on schedule. Somos Latinos and by producing state-of-the-art pieces we’re contributing to changing the narrative of Latinos in the US. ¿Quieres acompañarnos a contar nuestras historias? 

 

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to be ensuring quality assurance and the production team meets scheduled goals. This entails a range of oversight of work including planning, scheduling, and executing production activities for maximum performance of virtual projects. Other duties include the development of cost-effective measures with the aim of achieving exceptional business practices. 

The ideal candidate has a superb ability to manage competing priorities, work in a fast-paced startup environment, and identify broader opportunities to meet/exceed the deliverables.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute production activities
  • Review briefs, breakdowns, and technical requirements for projects from beginning to end (development, pre-production, production, post-production), as well as identify/develop the right approach for creating each virtual production project
  • Supporting the production team across all production and client-facing duties
  • Supporting Executive Producer with End to End Project management of the live and pre-recorded productions
  • Supporting with the managing of asset checks for Directors and feedback to internal creative teams,  providing all creative documents associated with each respective project
  • Actively build and sustain positive client relationships, providing continuous company support and direction by understanding the brand, business, and client’s markets
  • Communicate production status to management on regular basis.
  • Create and circulate agendas for Production team meetings, internal and external, circulate action items and notes
  • Provide general assistance on various production support tasks as needed from pre-production through delivery.

The purpose of this role is to promote products and services by developing copy for social media, marketing materials, and other platforms to drive consumer and customer engagement, demand, and revenue.  

This role will be critical in the quality and effectiveness of all content shared on social media channels, email newsletters, and wherever else our content ends up! 

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who lives and breathes social media platforms, is always up to speed on the latest trends and innovations and has a digital-first mindset.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create content such as social media posts, ad campaigns, blogs, and emails using a relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
  • Target content to connect with specific audiences and focus on trending topics. 
  • Develop and deliver content with the marketing goal in mind (awareness, engagement, conversion).   
  • Develop and deliver content with the channel and placement in mind – single image, carousel, video, dynamic, etc. 
  • Responsible for proofreading
  • Analyze metrics to measure the success of the content and make necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in planning and strategizing for the different brands the agency manages.
  • Identifying the needs of customers and also recommending new topics.

Social Media Manager

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and development of the Content and Creative teams while ensuring the understanding and execution of initiatives with the focus on servicing our clientele.

Primary Goal: Oversee and execute all aspects of the Content and Creative teams, reporting on data-driven goals, with objective, measurable, success metrics.

The Social Media Manager will lead a team in executing our brand’s position and voice and will be able to translate that into engaging content using digital marketing and social media best practices. The Social Media Manager will manage a team of content, copy, and design resources.

The Social Media Manager will be a collaborative leader partnering internally with the Content and Creative team and externally with Clients to drive creative innovation, revenue, and performance goals. 

The SMM role is a leadership position and as such should reflect the core values of the company and the culture; leading by example, encouraging team members to be innovative in problem-solving, driving accountability, integrity, and owning results with them.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflow of team/s, ensuring priorities are set in-line with business demands.
  • Daily upkeep, analysis, and maintenance of creative content queues, ensuring project due dates are hit and status updates are communicated.
  • Analyzing the digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Oversee integration of new Clients, ensuring Content Strategists/Creators are equipped for successful onboarding.
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes, creatively reworking flow to smooth out pipelines and seek ways to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).

We are not interested in a specialist in B2B or B2C marketing, we’d love to have an H2H marketing manager, a specialist in the creation, communication, and foster of relationships between communities.
